About this house rental
Bright and modern beach house conveniently located close to town and ditch plains beach. This completely renovated Leisurama is ideal for couples or a family looking to enjoy a vacation in Montauk. Montauk Down golf course and public tennis courts just down the road.
The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, including a wine fridge. The open plan dining and living room includes a wood burning fireplace and a separate TV area. The two bedrooms have ample storage space, while the loft in the living room provides additional sleeping space (two children or one adult). The main bathroom has recently been renovated, while the master bedroom has a private 1/2 bathroom. Recent updates include central air and a sound system with speakers in every room of the house as well as outdoor speakers. The outdoor deck has separate dining and lounge areas and is ideal for entertaining or relaxing. Outdoor shower located in large private backyard overlooking the Montauk Downs golf course.

What a lovely and accommodating property!
The neighborhood is quite and charming and the large property was beautifully manicured!
The backyard went right up to the golf course which provided for an additional feel of open space!….The interior of the house’s decor was unique and magazine worthy! Done in a sea and beach motif, it was worthy of representing the charm of Montauk! From the care and detail put into the design and furnishings you would never believe it was a rental! Even the amenities were beautifully done; from entertainment, to kitchen and throughout the house, it provided for every possible need!
And the owner was always accommodating and considerate! ….Everything was first class and simply lovely!
I would highly recommend this place to anyone, a matter of fact I would say, “don’t miss out on this one!” It goes above and beyond!

Perfect place to escape the city , everything was pristine and in a great location - close to town and beaches. We will be back for sure !
