About this villa rental
This beautiful 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is upscale, clean, and well maintained decorated home is a true gem in the highly acclaimed Bayside resort! Well stocked with everything you need for a great stay for up to 12 guests…all your needs were well thought out!
Enter using the keyless entry code and be greeted with an open foyer with white shiplap walls and beautiful coastal lighting. Step right onto the hardwood flooring which continues throughout the main living ares with beautiful sprays of fresh clean decor. Present your favorite meals in the large kitchen space, well stocked with stainless steel appliances, Instapot, crockpot, coffee/Keurig machine, toaster oven, Ninja blender, lots of serving platters and full sets of dishes and cookware. Ample refrigerator and freezer space but should you need more, there is another mini fridge/freezer in garage.
Open the outdoor patio door to let in the amazing cool ocean breeze and the sounds of the great outdoors. This is a favorite spot in the house to read, eat a great meal, have a drink, and take a nap on the cushioned patio sofa and chairs. To cool things off, turn on the fan above or roll down the sun screens. The deck is perfect for dining with those summer crab feasts and gourmet grilled meals. Step right onto the grass from the deck and play games or walk to the pond.
The main floor bedroom with a king bed also has direct access to this deck for more private use. This bedroom has a large screen tv and ample storage in the large walk-in closet. The large bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in shower, another closet with tons of shelving and a private toilet area make this a perfect primary bedroom.
The second bedroom on the main floor has a daybed and trundle for added guests, boasting its own porch area with seating looking out the front of the home.
Up the split level stairs is where three more large bedrooms and a super sized loft for gathering will be awaiting your family and friends. Two bedrooms share the large bathroom with two areas conveniently separate from one another - the private toilet/shower tub area and the two sink area. One bedroom has a queen bed with large closet and the next bedroom has two full beds with large walk in closet. The third bedroom upstairs is a suite with newly remodeled design and a king bed with a full bathroom. All upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fan/light combos as does the large loft area with large screen tv, dvd player with dvd movies and games in the closet. Enjoy the reclining leather sofa and other seats to make it a fun spot for game and movie nights. The loft also has a newly added digital keyboard for any music makers.

The mudroom has a large utility sink, large capacity washer and dryer and decorative shelves and hooks for organizing all the items to drop off quickly when entering and grabbing on the way out. The garage has tons of beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, toys), extra table for storage or entertaining, foosball table, mini fridge/freezer, crabbing supplies (great to use at the Point pier in Bayside), and 10+ bikes to have fun cruising around in.

Home was as pictured. The screened in porch was a plus. The additional upstairs space for TV and quiet time was used often. I did not appreciate having to wash all bedding and towels the morning of departure which is why we left a day early.

We were very lucky to have located this beautiful home in a community designed to make vacations fun and easy for families with young children. We loved the community pools, bike paths, athletic center, splash pad, accessible smoothie/coffee/drinks/snack bars, etc. Many activities for all ages -- kids really loved live music at pools in the afternoon. We were able to walk to almost everything. A well stocked Harris Teeter is literally 4 minutes away and a concert venue is also an easy walk from the house.
The house is exactly as described in text and photos. The owner, Catherina Lyu, could not have been more responsive, helpful and kind from the first inquiry to the last day of our vacation. We had one glitch -- the AC stopped working and she immediately found a repair person to fix it within a few hours. To me, that is the mark of a exceptional VRBO host.
As mentioned, the house has tons of kitchen supplies that made meals easy, along with a gas grill. There was all sorts of equipment in the garage from bikes to sand toys to buggy boards. Plenty of towels for home and beach use. The house supplies bed linens although we were glad we brought our own. Appliances all work well with a huge washer and dryer. Wifi worked well. There is a key board in a wonderful open area on the second floor which was a lot of fun for the kids.
We were a multigenerational group - grandparents, parents, and toddlers and the vacation spot was perfect for us. We would gladly return.

This property was beautiful, and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation with extended family. It's perfectly located to access all of the amenities Bayside has to offer. We all had a wonderful time! We especially loved the bikes - I'm not usually a biker, but I biked all over the resort.
