Ottima posizione e molto luminoso.

The location of this apartment is excellent and was definitely the biggest advantage of our stay. It is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and the harbour, while still being quiet from the street. We also really appreciated the air conditioning and the spacious layout of the apartment. The beautiful view is worth mentioning as well.

The apartment is only accessible via three flights of stairs, which can be quite challenging with heavy luggage. Although there was no street noise, we were woken up every morning from around 8 a.m. by very loud footsteps and banging from the apartment above, making it difficult to sleep in. The curtains also do not block enough light, so once the sun rises the bedroom becomes very bright. In addition, the kitchen sink regularly made loud noises, which was quite disturbing. Unfortunately, we also experienced significant noise (moaning sounds) disturbance from a neighbouring apartment on multiple occasions…

Lovely location in the old port, many bars and restaurants, short walk to a lovely beach . The apartment itself was lovely and clean and had all the facilities you need , beds very comfortable .

The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift which wasn’t made clear when l booked the apartment and as an older person l found the stairs quite challenging. Maybe be my fault for not doing research before l booked the property. Also location of key safe is poor, was sent pictures of the location of the key safe which was adjacent to the property, then a short time before check in l was sent a post code and pictures of another location for the key . It was only by chance that l looked at at my phone that l see the message.

Clean and relatively modern interior. The building is very old, however The host seemed very well organised and the service was professional

Floor boards are extremity creaky. I couldn’t sleep at night as the person in the apartment upstairs walked around
