    Booked this hotel as had already been with this chain XO and stayed at the Artemis which was by far much better, but we chose this as closer to the transport networks. The staff were excellent, however I did complain that for the whole time we stayed the coffee machine in the room leaked and was broke so could t use that although the reception did get me coffee from the paid machine. We were in room 185 and there was a problem with toilet smells which again I did complain to reception as the whole room stunk! Also I need to address the safety of the area, whilst sat outside at the side of the hotel taking photos of the birds, I was assaulted by someone and he grabbed me twice to try and kiss me and asked for sex… I did go over to the employees that were outside on a break as I was in shock it was about 2:30 in the afternoon. I also reported this to the staff on reception who assured me they would let the police know to patrol in the area. Would I stay there again? No I’d go back to the Artemis. However the reception staff were very kind to me. Taxi to the airport by bolt was 25 euros but the buses and trams were excellent. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants and bars around, just not safe they need cameras at the side of the hotel.

    The hotel was not clean at all that om checking-in, we found lipstick on the cups in the room The room cleaning service was as funny as we found the room after cleaning almost the same before cleaning We asked the frontdesk receptionist for a room with view but she asked to wait for next day and we did but surprisingly we had a room without a view as well The reception area has no free facilities and you have to pay for everything Breakfast was good but on my 5 days stay no single item was changed. Hotel location is too far away from the center that it took me 19 stops to the center by tram which consumed alot of time.
