Lovely hotel, just stay clear of the time share people after check in. Pool was well kept and heated. Lots of amenities and restaurants you can walk to. They offer a shuttle to broadway for $15 per person but we paid less in uber. Rooms have everything you want. Would definitely recommend.

We felt super cared for during our stay with staff that really went the extra mile to get us settled in the best room for us. The room was spacious, the kitchen stocked, the location ideal for our event at the Opryland Hotel Convention Center

A great quiet place to stay. It is beginning to show its wear though in some places. Also be aware that you will have a conversation about being a time share owner. Pressure is there but we have never done one. Enjoy the shuttle downtown as well.
