This place offers fantastic value for money with an unbeatable location that puts you right in the heart of everything. The cleanliness is top-notch, ensuring a comfortable environment. Wi-Fi was reliable, and sleep quality was excellent, making it easy to unwind after a day out. While the staff were generally helpful, there were a few moments where service could have been improved. The facilities are solid, though the view left something to be desired.

AGODA sucks! , The booking website is very unreliable and overbooked this hotel. There were three people overbooked. Unreliable. Do not get stranded like me. AGODA sucks!!

From the front desk, to the valet, to the person who cleaned our room to the bellhop all were wonderful. Such a high level of service. The room is great. I knew nothing of the hotel other than the location. We will stay here the next time we come to Nashville as it is a couple blocks from all the action.
