Don't pass by this hotel without giving it a try! Beautiful exterior and interior. Super helpful and friendly front desk staff. Wonderful little perks upon check in and ask for their recommendations...they don't steer you wrong. Great location right down the street from Printer's Alley, around the corner from Pucketts, and a nice walk away from Broadway to the quieter part of the city. Big, comfy rooms that are clean and quiet.

Inconsiderate check in staff. Hotel was only 50% booked. The hotel wasn’t busy at all. Came by in the morning to request earlier check in before standard time of 3 PM.
Came back at 2 PM only to be told none of the rooms are available for check in and I should come back at 3 PM.
The hotel is over rated for the price I paid for. Don’t be fooled by online pictures. No pool, No views. Dingy cafe at lobby.
Only thing good is the location..
