    I got the room on the old wing I guess. Room alot of lizard poop. Toilet wood is bad bed is hard. There is bugs . Got there late night and tired so we didn't make a fuss. Check out early next day to a different hotel

    Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, the hotel is clean, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. However, we had requested a high-floor room and a room away from the lift prior to our arrival, but unfortunately, these requests were not accommodated. In addition, the soundproofing of the room was quite poor, and we could easily hear noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms, which affected our sleep quality. Despite these issues, we appreciate the hospitality provided by the hotel and hope improvements can be made for future guests.
