    Upon entering our room, we were immediately confronted with an overpowering and revolting odor, akin to that of thousands of decaying rats or a deceased body. This smell made the room uninhabitable. We promptly complained and requested a room change, but to our dismay, our concerns were completely ignored by your desk counter staff, and no alternative was offered. The issues did not end there. Our room was also infested with numerous mosquitoes, leading to sleepless nights, and was alarmingly dirty, with cockroaches ("lipas") present. Furthermore, the path leading to our room was completely unlit, posing a significant safety hazard. It felt as though navigating to our room was a test of survival, and avoiding a fall required sheer luck. It seemed that your establishment caters to "survival fighters" rather than paying guests. The frontline counter staff (approximately 70 years or above) and were unable to communicate effectively, often speaking only in their native language, making any attempt to seek assistance futile.
