Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing due to the unstable electricity supply at the hotel. The ceiling lights kept fluctuating between bright and dim, while the air conditioning repeatedly stopped working and then came back on.
As a result, the room became extremely hot and uncomfortable. What made the situation worse was that there was no fan provided in the room as an alternative.
The room was simply too uncomfortable to stay in, so we eventually decided to check out and find another hotel instead. This was very inconvenient and also affected our travel plans.
The hotel manager also told us that we would be given a refund due to the situation. However, we have yet to receive the refund until now.
We understand that electrical issues can sometimes happen, but the hotel should have provided a suitable alternative or solution for guests, especially when the room became unbearably hot.
Overall, this issue significantly affected our experience and was the main reason we had to leave the hotel earlier than planned. I hope the management will take this matter seriously, resolve the electricity issue, and follow up on the promised refund.

Sy ambil 2 unit..kawasan hotel agak sunyi sbb area padang besar before 8pm mmg da sunyi.hotel sgt2 baru.moga akan dtg sy dtg lgi lebih byk kemudahan ada seperti lift,kedai runcit,provide sarapan halal.
