    Lovely, friendly staff. Comfortable and clean room. Breakfasts and dinner were amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel and would certainly go back again.

    This was our 2nd stay at this hotel, our first stay, lovely room on 1st floor which is why we booked a gay. This time however, ground floor room, bare floorboards on hallway to room, room furniture old and past it, bathroom tired with mould around shower and WC. If this wing and the associated rooms are undergoing a refurb, guests should be told prior to or at least during check in. Receptionist/front of house was cold and uninviting. Both bookings were booked a number of weeks in advance and the price was approximately the same on both visits .
