    No one at front desk upon arrival Was told internet was down. I had vital work to do but was told the wifi wasn't working and he couldn’t even send an email for me. What made me angry was the problem was ongoing and I wasn't told about it until I checked in. The attitude was what disappointed me the most. Absolute dismissal of my situation. I was in town for surgery and was assured a first floor room. When that didn't come through the kid rolled his eyes and said I could go elsewhere. 1 star.

    Wonderful staff very delightful, indoor pool.. breakfast bar clean and house keeping staff very friendly and helpful. The front desk team are very helpful and loving. They will go the extra mile for you as I witnessed as a guest .. Thank you have a blessed journey with your future trip . Thank you to everyone as they were all just wonderful people.     The only thing was there was issues with the toilet. The flushing would not go down all of the way we had to get a plunger, even though we did not put a lot of TP to where it would back up the TV in the room never worked even though we had someone come to look at it. The pool was nice and hottub was a bonus The room could’ve been cleaner, especially for around the kitchenette area. The fridge was a little rusty. There was dust around the walls. Overall, despite those issues, I would stay here again
