    From the time of checking in to the time of checking out, there was not a single issue that was not dealt with in a timely manner. Definitely cannot wait to go back again.

    When we attempted to check in, the front desk woman acted like she couldn't get us a room since they "are currently out of pet friendly rooms", I explained to her that my dog is a service animal, so she acted like she was doing us a favor and "finding a room we could use". After finally finding us a room, she then told me that it was hotel policy to charge me $25/night cleaning fee to have my service animal there. I tried to explain that service animals are exempt from pet fees. She argued again that it was policy. I paid the the fee to be able to get into my room, partially because my boyfriend and I were very tired, and partially because I realized that this woman was not going to listen to me explaining anything.

    I asked to have my room cleaned and was told it would be done. It did not get done. I asked for a late check out, but the housekeeper knocked on my door at 11 AM. No one told her. The air conditioner in my room, leaked water to the point where I needed to use all my towels to sop it up. They attempted to Fix it on my first day, after a night in a swamp. It was not fixed, and the water leaked out again, creating a slip hazard for a second at night. I asked to have a discount and was told it was unavailable until the night manager comes in. They were unwilling to even take the information and follow up with it.
