Great Location, But Needs Major Improvement in Service and Cleanliness
Pros:
The location of this hotel is excellent, making it ideal for travelers who rely on public transportation to get to the airport or the MRT station.
Cons:
Unfortunately, the rest of my stay was disappointing. The staff was quite unfriendly and unhelpful. When I was struggling to carry my heavy luggage through the entrance, a staff member just stood there watching without holding the door. After several failed attempts on my own, another kind guest ended up helping me instead.
Additionally, the room cleanliness was poor. The TV area, table, and chair were visibly dusty. To make matters worse, there were bloodstains on the bedsheet, which is completely unacceptable.
Verdict: Great location, but due to the poor customer service and cleanliness issues, I would hesitate to stay here again unless improvements are made.
