    Friendly staff with well equipped amenities. Room is warm for winter and good shower, quiet corner for a getaway relaxation

    Our room was lovely with a great view, but: The balcony was not supplied with shade cover, so too hot to enjoy sitting outside The restaurant was empty on the Friday night. (We should have taken this as an indication). We were served with an unsatisfactory meal, and not charged as a result. Definitely not suitable for elderly or walking impaired, as pathways to and from the rooms are steep.

    Recently stayed at Waiheke Island Resort with my daughter, we received a complimentary upgrade to Seaview Chalet! The views were great from the room, it was clean and well maintained! We really enjoyed the stay!

    Could not get heat pump to run on hot just as well it was a mild night as there were no xtra blankets
