Charming and rustic on a quiet beach. Sweet little pool, grab a cocktail and cool off in the water. Great beachfront restaurant with delicious food. The prices are on the higher side but everything in Tulum is now, compared to the 2012/2013 days. Francisco is incredible and will treat you well. Know that this hotel is located inside a national park so you will need to purchase a wristband when you leave the park and re-enter. Also, no plastic of any kind is allowed and no smoking. For us, this was not an issue. This is a great place to stay if you want quiet and relaxation. Not for partying.

Villa Pescadores was unbelievable. I didn’t realize that each room is actually a standalone little villa that are a quick hop to the beachfront. The villas are wonderful. Each morning there is free coffee and juice served on the beach too. You’re right in the national park which feels like such a privilege. You do need to park entry for each day you stay with is about $6 USD - which was totally fine with me. We will be back! Thank you.

Great location. Fantastic staff . Victor and Bani at Front Desk are very friendly and helpful. Maids work hard. Servers are friendly, always smiling.

Rooms were dirty, with cracks on the wall, and the shower didn’t really work. Almost got hit by a falling branch, doesn’t look like they keep the palms trimmed. Pool the size of a hot tub. Beach unswimmable. Staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast pretty good.
