    As we checked in on Monday, the whole resort only 2 of us, their staff is not so responsive, phone in room is not working, we have difficult to call reception for buggy service. call Handphone is not pick up my call ! One handphone line is no longer in use, is their ex-staff number, so is a bit disappointed on their service, anyway the resort have nice view for morning and evening

    Very disappointing stay at Vanavasa Resort. The only highlight was the service — the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Food-wise, everything was just average and edible. Unfortunately, the beef burger served during dinner was not fully cooked and had a very strong gamey smell. The biggest issue was the facilities. There were very limited activities available, and during our stay the Wi-Fi was completely out of service. Because of that, we couldn’t even use the smart TV to watch anything, so the TV basically became decoration for the entire stay. The fridge in the room also wasn’t cold at all. We even had to switch it on ourselves after checking in. I brought a champagne to celebrate with my newlywed wife, but it never got cold despite being left in the fridge the whole day. The next morning after breakfast, we decided to use the pool table, only to find it dirty and covered with spider webs. The room itself was clean and looked nice from the outside — definitely photogenic and good for Instagram — but beyond that, nothing about the stay felt worth the price paid. For the same amount, I could easily have stayed at a proper 4- or 5-star hotel with much better facilities and overall experience. Overall, quite regretful about choosing to stay here.
