Very nice hotel, medium size; clean, staff were very nice; exactly as shown on pictures. Fitness room was very useful and sufficient equipment.

I booked into the Upper Diagonal not having ever heard of them before. I was very pleased with the hotel at how big the rooms were, how clean it was and also the staff were very friendly but professional toward me. I would most definitely use this hotel again, and hopefully get to stay a little longer next time to enjoy the facilities more. 10/10

I was given a few dirty towels, and there were a few stains on the walls in both the room and the bathroom, along with a very visible fingerprint on the bathroom door. There were also stains and hairs on the sink. Also, there was only shower gel — no shampoo, conditioner, or body lotion — in the bathroom. Breakfast was menu-style, not a buffet — you're better off eating out, as there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Overall, staying at this hotel is not worth the money.
