    The property exceeded our expectations in everyway. The location was fantastic, staff were friendly and attentive, and the facilities were top notch. The cleanliness standards were impeccable, and housekeeping was excellent. Overall, a perfect choice for a couple's getaway.

    There are a lot of places are walkable from this hotel. There are many restaurants and stores near by. Staff speaks very good English and they are very helpful and nice too. Will love to stay again when visiting Spain!

    Regretfully, food contamination and food safety seem not the prime concern of this hotel. During my stay in the hotel, I used the ice service. After the leftover ice melted, I saw the ice was contaminated with dirts and styrofoams left inside the bucket. We worry other guests may ingest those contaminants accidentally, so we raise this concern to the hotel. We showed the concierge the photos of the dirts and styrofoams. That wasn’t a complain. We just want to avoid food poisoning for other guests. Regretfully, the hotel responded to the ice contamination report, by complaining us using “a lot of towels”. We were baffled because we only used the towels provided in the room, we didn’t ask for any extra towels. They responded to our concern by complaining to us to our face. Unpleasant experience to say the least.
