    I had a very disappointing experience. We booked the pool villa based on the photos online. The property looked similar to the pictures, but it was poorly maintained, which significantly affected our stay. The room was decent but clearly lacked proper upkeep. Pros: - The ~₹10,000 room tariff was probably the best part—for the resort, not for the guests. Cons: - Kerala is known for its warm hospitality, but unfortunately, this resort offered almost none. The staff were neither welcoming nor proactive. - The pool was not usable because the water was unclean. - Mosquitoes and other insects were a constant nuisance throughout the stay. - For a stay costing around ₹10,000 per night, I expected at least a pleasant welcome and a decent breakfast. Both fell well below expectations. - There was no accountability when we raised requests or complaints. It felt like we had to manage everything ourselves. - Some dog defecated on the internal road, and the waste remained there from the evening until the following morning. This reflected poorly on the cleanliness and maintenance of the property. Overall, the resort has potential, but the lack of maintenance, cleanliness, hospitality, and customer service made it a disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend it unless these issues are addressed.

    I stayed in suite room for 2 nights, there’s fishy smell in restroom. Sofa is all dusty. Pool is not clear at all.
