1. Staffs attitude were a little arrogant 2.heater not working , flush not working , informed staffs but unattended 3.supposed to be buffet for breakfast but served with a single dish even without any fruits or eggs

I travel a lot, so I feel that the resort has expensive, outdated accommodations. The accommodation was lacking adequate air conditioning, and upon multiple requests, they upgraded to a new one. Toiletries and a kettle were not provided. The crucial point is that they open for business by 7:30 a.m. Usually, people who need coffee or tea as bed coffee will undoubtedly suffer.
