The WiFi was a bit iffy and it is a pity that they charge for use of the WiFi after 30 min.
However the place was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

On walking in our room we discovered a used pair of underpants on the chair and the room should have been cleaned before we arrived

I loved the value for money, size and tidiness of the room. The staff at both checking in and checkout were friendly and helpful and if I am back in Shrewsbury, I will definitely be staying here again (if there’s a room free, of course).
