We had an initial hiccup with the key fob which wasn’t coded correctly. Luckily the security guy could remotely unlock the door for us. The apartment was very conveniently located. The bakery downstairs was delicious. Would recommend to friends and family as a good alternative to the big chain hotels.

Very big and clean apartment. Plenty of kitchenware if you plan to cook . We never really bothered to cook but saw plenty of pots and crockery, even saw a washing machine. The view was amazing facing the Arctic cathedral, cable car, harbor etc etc. The apartment was very comfortable, no noise, no sound, blackout curtains was very helpful.
Wifi in my room was not connecting on day of arrival so had to go to the reception and they informed us to check the router.
Any garbage we have to put in bin on ground floor.
We stayed for 4 days no change of towels.
Only handwash liquid provided. We had to buy soap, shampoo etc.
Overall we had a lovely stay but being peak season the rates are too high. Next time will come in low season and stay in the same apartment.

If I can give a negative award, Agoda deserved a -1 review.
First of all, i choose this property indicating for 4 adults. The property page indicates 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 sofa bed. To my horror, when we arrived at the property, there was no sofa bed available. The reception closed at 4pm, making it impossible to get any help when we arrived at 6pm.
I submitted email requesting for additional mattress and blanket. Email was not responsive until the next day. Even after multiple email indicating my request, to my second horror, when we reach back to the apartment at 7pm the next day, there was no additional mattress and blanket provided.
This is the worst service i have experience so far. Imagine one of my family member has to sleep on the floor for 2 nights without mattress and in a -10 environment.
I would advice to avoid this property at all cost. Or at least avoid booking it through Agoda. Their property information is NOT THE SAME from the actual room we booked.
