there is no reception, and they say the email about the check-in and the all relevant information will be sent 24 hours before arrival, it was not, I had to send an email once I arrived and I had to wait in the arctic cold for a response.

Some equipment was not functioning well like electric stove,
Oven grill saved us,
It has all for cooking,just u need some groceries like rice,dal grains to cook .
Spacious too..

The apartment is located in a convenient area. Close to bus stop and walking distance to the Main Street (13 mins). The only thing we had issues with was getting the access code. We were suppose to be sent the check-in access code via email 24 hours before hand, but didn’t receive anything. I tried emailing and got no response, but when we called the receptionist was able to give us the access code details. Also the pillows are quite thin but other than those two issues, the apartment was very clean and nice.

The place is worth for it's price. It has a complete kitchen equipment and necessities for our whole stay. Clean and organized space. The ocean view is amazing. Accomodating staff when I called them since it is self-service apartment. Walking distance to the city centre and there is a paid parking space nearby. Overall it is a great place to stay.
