    Changed management already.The reception did not received our complaint seriously and forgot His respon sivil itu.The staff name Abdullah make noise and watch the video of fifth floor centre area for big sound after working hour., but after communication with him , the sound become smaller.The another room closed the room door very big sound 6-7am, we all 6person with sleep at one dorm. all wake up at 6am-7.00 due to the sound.And also, the housekeeping room got wall sound at 6am, ccannot sleep wake up so early.This time me check out very fast, unable to sleep enough.All stay at same room one all checked out, only one person sleep with ear plug continue stay at room.The quality of Tido Hostel decline.The reception manager Janie said when I complaint for the sound of another room and the housekeeping room,she said you may more suitable at other hostel .This make me disappointed bcs I stay at this hostel due to working reason and already check in many time.And, the another room who make the noise one after I talk to him, he do. more sound again, after we go to same Lift, i talk to him, don’t make noise and affect our 6person sleep at the room.He said ok.That side my mistake,always received our complaint one is called Amirul, not Abdullah.Hope next time come to stay, the quality will improved.And this time the Cleaner remember to add body shampoo at Fifth floor Centre area.
