    My second time here. The standard room was compact with basic amenities and windowless. The smart tv is the plus. The bathroom's wall & floor seriously needed a major scrubbing. Molds were onviously present there. I had the housekeeping to change my bedsheet, blanket and the pillow case too due to their unpleasant smells. Water dispenser was provided on the same floor near the lift. Overall, it was a nice stay for me except for the dirty toilet & the dirty sheets and stuff.

    As we are so tired driving from Perlis to KL, and the night is approaching, we decided to book this hotel using Agoda apps at the eleventh hours. When we reached Penang, it took about an hour to reach this hotel not because of its location but due to road closure and traffic jams...This is due to the Chinggey festive that we are not aware of. Immediately reached the hotel, the staff took only less than 5 minutes to give us room key and registered us. Then we need to go to the 4th floor where our room is located using a nice haudralic lift. It was a big and spacious room for 4 of us with 2 king beds and the small window. So comfortable with the price offered to us. Only the toilet door is faulty but we manage to figure out how to lock the door when using it. Other utilities are in good conditions and the location is a walking distance to the viral local eatery including the mamaks.. Definitely will repeat the stay at this hotel when we have to travel again to Penang in near future.
