    If you get a discount from the Agoda, you will pay only 8xx per night for a peaceful and spacious room located very close to the WuaLai night market and Central Chiangmai Airport.

    On October 10 , I arrived at the hotel late at night, but I had to find my room by myself and carry my own luggage, which was not a good first impression. Since my flight the following day was delayed, I asked if I could extend my stay for a few extra hours. The staff told me it was possible for an additional 1,000 Thai baht, which I agreed to pay. However, I was told that I could pay when checking out the next morning, so I stayed without any concerns. Unfortunately, at 11:00 AM the following day, someone knocked on my room door and asked me to pay the extra charge. This was an uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. It seemed that the staff member was not fully familiar with the hotel’s rules and procedures. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and communication. I hope the hotel will improve its staff training and guest service to provide a smoother and more welcoming experience for future guests.
