    affordably priced, friendly staff. room didnt have much of a view but you shouldnt just sit in the room looking at the window anyway. Shower was enclosed- uncommon in chiang mai!

    Large comfortable room with a nice a view of the mountains and rooftops. Good air conditioning. Good shower and bathroom. Also has a small refrigerator and safe and plenty of room for clothing. Has a couch and small workspace too. Great location across from the moat and close to Northgate Jazz coop and a 7/11 and laundry facilities. Many restaurants and small bars to listen to live music nearby. Great for walking around the old city. I booked 8 nights and I’ve extended it another 9. Very helpful and friendly staff. Fantastic value.

    The room didn’t clean properly. The next day i asked the receptionist that please clean the room over the shelves full of dust and i showed the photo. When i came back to the hotel at was same. The pressure of water is low. Also water stays in the middle. Overall it doesn’t worth to spend your money unless you’re in budget.
