    The hotel is a 3 minutes walk distance from the train station. You don’t have to carry your luggage across any bridges in Venice. The room is clean and tidy. I enjoy staying at this hotel very much.

    Location is right by the train station and close to the water bus. Walking distance to all sites. The breakfast was great. Staff were helpful making suggestions. Would totally stay again.
