    The facility was clean and location was great! However, the rooms are extremely small including the bathroom! The bed was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. The staff upon arrival barely said two words. I had to ask why there was an additional charge on my card. We were assigned a room on the 4th floor. You have to take an elevator to the 3rd floor then walk around to the other side of the hotel to take another elevator to the 4th floor. The “courtyard” view is a few of a parking garage. My husband and I would not recommend. Extremely disappointed.

    I booked this hotel for 23 and 19 yr old girls who’d always wanted to visit Charleston. They said this was best hotel they’d ever stayed at. Cool vibe, attractive amenities, friendly staff and outstanding location. All the markings of an outstanding boutique. The only thing that went a little sideways was the coffee shop - my girls have both been baristas and said quality did not match the price at all.
