    Our experience at the Hampton Inn Downtown Charleston was largely positive, thanks to the wonderful team working there esp front desk Manager, Matt.. From check-in to any questions we had, the front desk and staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to assist. The hotel's downtown location is also a major plus, making it easy to walk to many of Charleston's attractions. The only area for improvement would be some general updates to the property, such as the carpets; room bathrooms etc , which felt a bit dated. However, the exceptional service more than made up for this, especially for the price in this area.

    Enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Charleston. The location was fantastic for exploring the historic district, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the facilities were excellent. Housekeeping did a great job, and the room size was just right. Hot water was always available, making for a comfortable stay. Shopping options nearby were convenient. Overall a wonderful experience.
