    Overall, the experience was quite pleasant with commendable cleanliness and attentive staff. Wi-Fi was reliable, which made it easy to stay connected, and the room size provided ample space for comfort. While shopping options nearby were a nice perk, a few aspects could use improvement to enhance the overall experience. Despite this, it's a solid choice for those looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location.

    Stayed here with two friends of mine. After a misunderstanding about the booking on Agoda, the staff was very friendly and upgraded our room. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was tidy and large shower. Many amenities. Strategic position, next to markets and restaurants and places to take bus to and from Cat Ba Island. Ok value for money, not luxurious hotel but still worth and would highly recommend
