Phòng này self checkin checkout nên là hãy kiên nhẫn 1 chút lúc lần đầu tới nha. Gọi cho owner để họ mở cửa cuốn tự động cho. Phòng ốc gọn gàng đẹp đầy đủ. Có cả máy giặt và khu bếp. Sẽ còn quay lại lần sau

This is definitely the worst experience I have when booking a hotel. Firstly, when we arrived, it was difficult to find the apartment building. Only when we looked for a review online, could we locate it in a cafe. There was absolutely no phone number online for us to contact the concierge (obviously there is no concierge). The lady at the cafe shop was the only person welcoming us. The coffee shop closes during weekday so we will have to open and close the roller door on our own. Next thing I found was a TShirt of the previous renter in the wardrobe, which concerns me about how clean the room is. At night, the walking street downstairs was full of loud drunk people singing. It never stopped till 11pm. This should not have been a problem if the apartment was equipped with noise cancelling door. In fact, their door was unsecured and thin. There was none checked us out. We had no choice but leaving the apartment and helped them closed the shutters door (We don't get paid to do this). Haiphong is such a lovely city but this was definitely unpleasant experience.
