    I have twice stayed here, it's a short walk from the town of Fleet and with easy access to London. Good breakfast and cosy rooms.

    We only stayed there about 8 hours, and left before brekkie. But it was a comfortable night and there was a fan in the room with the weather being so honest, which we appreciated.

    Reasonable hotel in a quiet location. The decor is dated and varying shades of brown. Initially the TV didn't work but someone fixed it when asked. The fact that they want to charge guests and extra £5 for parking was surprising and disappointing, particularly as people who only come for a drink or food do not have to pay anything. The food was average and a little overpriced.
