    Aurora welcoming us into the hotel room…unbelievable sight upon opening the curtain of our hotel room upon our check in after midnight!

    One elevator only. Was not admitted to restaurant on Sunday , September 6 2026. Restaurant was full 30%. They say no free place at 6 pm. Disgusting

    Airport shuttle is provided and the hotel location is convenient with easy access to downtown area. The Traders Grill located at the hotel offers a pretty good menu and food service. The hotel front desk service was lacking at times when there was only one staff manning the front desk.

    We were staying at the deluxe family room, very big room with a nice view looking at the trees, and might catch an aurora view if you are lucky enough. Nice location, 2 minutes walk to downtown, main spot for the tour pick up, nice restaurant. The only thing is that our room is missing a kettle which the other standard room have. Overall nice stay~
