The washing basin drained badly, and until we complained and asked for a hotel manager to come, no active responses were received.
They had good services on the luggage storage though!

I was at the hotel for 5 nights and the staff kept forgetting to clean my room. The staff barely clean the room, 1. didn't replace used coffee cups.
2. Didn't vacuum or wash the floor
3. Didnt replace stained sheets
4. I reminded them when down the hall to clean my room and they forgot again. He said I thought you said my room was already cleaned OMG

The building is very new and amenities are top of class with everything clean and in good repair.
Location is a short 5 minute walk to downtown. Airport shuttles run frequently.
I got a good deal on agoda vs. the other sites, perhaps a promotion (?) so was very happy with the stay.
