    Though hotel location is central. Rooms are really dated. Need a urgent revamp.

    The hotel is located in the city center, making shopping very convenient. There is a large supermarket (Independent) nearby. There are security guards at the hotel entrance, and the security staff did a great job, making us feel safe 👍. The room and bathroom were very clean and have been renovated. Our room faced the road, so there was a little noise, but the lobby staff were very helpful and called a taxi for us to go shopping and dining in the uptown area.

    住了一個禮拜, 客房完全沒有整理, 也沒有補任何生活用品, 熱水並不是全天候都有, 需要時不時地去確認才知道能不能洗澡, 房門卡也必須每天到櫃檯過卡, 不然刷不進房, 飯店莫名響起警報, 但沒半個飯店人員告知情況, 跑出去才說是誤報, 請大家先回房, 但警報依然沒有停止, 讓住客覺得很不安心

    I have never stayed at Quality Inn before and was extremely disappointed...arrived in Yellowknife and called to see if there would be a shuttle..no one answered..tried a few more times and again no one answered. Took a taxi and typically the agent would reimburse with a voucher but nothing...I proceeded to say that I have been calling and the person at the desk said she was too busy to answer the phone...she then gave me my key pass...got to my room and it was a sauna...no fan and the stand alone air-conditioned was unplugged. I noticed that the hose to go out the window for the hot air was was not attached. I tried the tv and it didnt work...tried calling the front desk to send someone to fix both, no answer..tried again and no answer. Went downstairs and the same front desk person said for me to just plug the air-conditioned in..I said but the hose is not plugged in...she didnt respond..and no one came to the room..the hallways were filthy, window was boarded up, the place is falling apart..I had the worse night possible because cold air and hot air hitting me at the same time...next time I will pay the little extra and stay at either *** or ***...and get a good night sleep. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
