    The Cloud Ella was the best hotel we stayed at in our 10 days in Sri Lanka. We stayed in hotels that were 3 times as expensive throughout our stay but the experience at The Cloud Ella was beyond all the other ones. The rooms are clean. We were able to use the living room and the terrace space as if it was part of our own room and the staff were exceptionally nice. They went far and beyond out of their way to take care of all of our needs. From hooking us up with a car that was half the price of a Pickme tuktuk, to procuring fresh fruits for us late at night so that we could enjoy our night in watching tv- the staff gave us much much more value than the price we paid. The breakfast was wholesome and healthy and they asked us our preferences to customize the breakfast as well. All in all- I would recommend anyone coming to Ella to stay at The Cloud Ella.
