We had a lovely time here. The hotel itself has everything - pool is great, location is great, rooms are nice and the staff were very willing. It was just frustrating though - the 1 minute long loop of music that played in the restaurant literally all day… the staff who all stared instead of busying themselves…nobody offering to get you drinks at any point… no communication around charges for transferring you into Ella at night…..having the spa menu thrust at you as soon as you arrive and then over breakfast next day …. the entrance road that makes you fear for your life every night when you go out…etc.
Someone needs to sort it out. The whole thing is just a bit amateurish for this price of hotel. Train the management, get them to train the staff, add a bit of lovely service and hey presto, this place will be cracking.
It wouldn’t put us off going - it just could be perfection with a few tweaks.

Hotel is located in a bad place, where it seems in that area there is waste-shit through there.
Internet connection is very bad, and mostly you need to ask receiption for 4G router (speed will be 4-5 MB).
Entrance is poor, you can't access the hotel on your own or by the driver. You need to call the hotel every time to send you a tuk-tuk for pickup and drop-off. I challenge you to find a photo showing the entrance or a comment about it.
Breakfast is poor & not diverse at all.
I booked a premium room, and it's crazy to see outdoor bathtub with 0 privacy, especially the one at the first floor. Room space is quite big so they could have put it inside.
We paid premium price for stay that could worth half.
Be carefull of misleading photos, fake reviews and promoted (Ads) hotels.

An absolutely wonderful stay! The room was spotless, modern, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. What truly stood out was the staff—they were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The central location made exploring the city incredibly easy. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

The hill side view from the rooms is perfect. The rooms are very clean and aesthetic.
