Te Dalu Resort & Spa - A Luxury Sanctuary in Ella

The location is great, green mountains side. The pool is perfect, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The location is a bit far from the Main Street, but a quick TukTuk ride can take you anywhere.

Sono rimasta colpita..uno dei miei posti preferiti al mondo! Servizio in camera due volte al giorno e sempre una piccola sorpresa per me. Lo staff è stato talmente gentile.... non ho parole per descrivere la gratitudine.

Our stay at Te Dalu Resort was exceptional! It is a very stylish boutique hotel with an upscale feel, incredible scenery, first-class service, and a relaxing atmosphere, It is easily one of the highlights of our trip to Sri Lanka so far. The hotel is beautifully designed, blending in so well with the tranquillity of the surrounding hills and nature. The views from our room, pool area, and restaurant are breathtaking, and there is a wonderful gentle breeze that flows through the hotels' communal areas, giving it a perfect temperature. Our room (a family room for four) was spacious, immaculately clean and very comfortable, with a large and private balcony, with a beautiful view.. The infinity pool is stunning, and the whole property has a peaceful atmosphere and a very relaxing feel to it. What really sets it apart, though, is the staff. Every single member of the team was genuinely warm, attentive, and extremely keen to help, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality and professional customer service were outstanding! The hotel is tucked away from the main road, which gives it an exclusive feel,, but it is only a few minutes from Ella and it has a complimentary tuk tuk service which makes access to town quick and easy. We travelled with teenagers, and they loved the hammock style lounge areas. We also tried the spa for a massage, which was very good and reasonably priced. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here, and we only wish that we could have stayed a bit longer!

The views from the hotel room were incredible and loved the bathtub on the balcony. The beds were also comfortable and the AC worked well. The shower products were also good quality.

The internet was a disaster, I was there for 4 days and 90% of the time it didn't work at all. Do not come here if you need a good internet connection. The location was great for the views but hard to get to, lots of tuk tuk drivers do not want to go down the steep mountain and with a car it can be tough too
