    Terrible staff and owner who is intimidating and threatening!!! Zero insulation, poor to non-existent communication!!!

    Terrible staff, angry aggressive cleaner, hostel who doesn't speak English and fat owner next door who stares at you when you pass by and surveils where you're going with intimidating, threatening looks and gestures. The house also has ZERO insulation and any requests or questions you make do not get replied to!!!
