    I booked my stay through Agoda, but upon check-in, the staff informed me that I had to pay a 250 THB parking fee. They mentioned that parking is only free if you book directly with the hotel. Essentially, the hotel charges guests to use its own parking lot, but offers free parking as a "promotion" for direct bookings. I don't understand this logic at all; I have never seen a hotel charge its own guests for parking. It is extremely unfair to Agoda customers to arrive at the hotel only to be hit with an unexpected parking fee. I highly recommend the hotel reconsider this policy. Additionally, the staff should be better trained to improve their customer service mindset. Aside from these issues, everything else about the stay was great.

    Staff began email communication as soon as reservation was made, and continued up to check in. Then friendly staff was present 24 hours and always willing to assist. Great location. Clean and safe (though no in-room safe). Great Value!

    This hotel is close to Chinatown, a 7/11 close by so it did us nicely for one night. The rooms were clean but the motel is very dated. The staff were lovely and helpful.
