    At $117.00 aud per night Inc. breakfast for a standard room its priced right. Anything more i would say its not worth it. My last stay 2 years ago and I was given one of the front rooms closer to the river but this time I was put at the back of the property above reception. Room size and layout is practical and all rooms come with a good size balcony. This time during my stay I did notice the cleanliness and maintenance was lacking, could be just because these rear rooms dont get much use so I had to ask for the room to be cleaned. They referred to it as a "deep clean" this i beleive is usualy done after checkout of each guests but was not done for this particular room. Once it was completed the room was pleasnt and very comfortable to stay-in. On our second day we did have an issue with hot water and pressure and after the maintenance team couldnt resolve it they gave us access to an empty room nearby so we could shower. I have to say that both our concerns were addressed promptly and completed in full. We were able to get the breakfast buffet at an additional $7aud (agoda) and even though its offerings are repetitive there is lots of variety and well worth the additional cost. The accomadation also has a small well equipped gym and a two man sauna in the changing rooms and lockers, towels and filtered water is also provided. What I would like to see additionally here is a small equipment cleaning station, consisting of a sanitiser spray bottle and paper towelling. This allows guests to wipe down the equipment before and after use. There is a massage shop open till late on the premises and I have used this on both stays and consistently they have been very good. There is also a very handy Lawson's convinince store on the premises, we used this quite regularly on our travels through Japan and it was a nice suprise to see it here at our accomadation. Its open till midnight and has great variety from drinks, snacks, meals and alcohol. Great place to top up the mini bar fridge and supplies for your room. The accommodation is walkable to Icon Siam (20mins) but the streets are dark and unpredictable at night. I will definitely stay here again, if I was wanting to be in the area of Icon Siam and the river, but would request one of the front rooms closer to the river. Thanks for a great stay.😊

    Positives: Good hotel, large rooms, clean, nice breakfast, great amenities. Things to improve: humidity in room was the only issue. Low ceilings and lack of ventilation.
