Stood outside for an hour trying everything to check in. No chance. I had to stay in a dump nearby. One guest that cam e in said it took her 45 minutes to get in. Another guy got through in 5 minutes. They said they lost my reservation. I think they are just incompetent and have a deeply flawed system and dont reall care.

As the hotels in Bangkok do not offer such cheap price for staying. So as per pricing this is good. But the room is very basic with basic facilities. The problem we faced is no stuff was available. For any kind of query or help you will not find any response. And the main door of the hotel was unlocked for the whole night where there was no one in the reception. So i feel it unsafe.
