    The staff were truly amazing. We had an issue with undelivered groceries and the reception team (Phuong and Phuong) kindly helped us call the supermarket and sort it out — we really appreciated that support. The team was also responsive to feedback. When I first entered the room, the floors felt sticky and sandy, and the room was quite dusty. As I have sinus issues, this caused a lot of sneezing. Once we raised it, they did try to rectify the situation promptly. The location is excellent — within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, street food, massage parlours, nail and lash salons. Very convenient and enjoyable. Areas for improvement Cleanliness could be improved. While the hotel’s concept is relaxing and well thought out, maintenance is key. Dust had accumulated on the wooden railings, curtains were dusty, and there was mould (it really disgusts me) in the shower area, toilet, and around the sink. I’m not sure if this is due to manpower constraints, but the theme does require consistent upkeep to maintain its quality. I tried to wipe the cupboard to put my clothes and cleaned the railings and there were obvious dust. Kitchen table have small ants even before we started eating on the table. Adding blackout curtains would make a big difference. Special thanks to the lovely housekeeping/breakfast lady and Phuong, who helped by putting up a darker cloth on the window, which we appreciated. Some items may need replacement — a few towels looked yellowish, and the floor mats were either very worn out or dirty. The curtains, in particular, really need attention. They collect a lot of dust and stood out as an issue throughout the stay. I have also shared additional feedback directly with the hotel and believe these issues will be addressed soon. Overall, great location and employees but hotel needs to improve!
