I booked the hotel 2 months ago through Agoda for my vacation in Danang by myself for 3 weeks believing the hotel was exactly advertised on Agoda with good reviews. As soon as I checked in, I found out the room they gave me was so nasty with black mold around the sink, the level of shower stand flushed with the floor so when I turned on the water in the shower, water will flood the floor within minutes… just imaging I took 20’ shower, the water could get to the bed room. So I complained to the receptionist, she changed me to another room and she claimed it was the best room… which has double beds and a sea view. When I got to the room, I saw the cleanliness was not any better, restroom was so dark and dirty. There is only one little light in the restroom where I could barely see myself to wash my face. I was so tired after flying 28 hrs so I decided to take a nap, when I woke up, I decided to take a shower, and found out the water was just a barely warm, not even hot… I told the receptionist she said she would come up to my room and checked , and she told me “the water is boiling my skin, why u said is not hot?” I swear when I took a shower, there was waves of warm water came out but not hot, so I couldn’t even finish taking a shower and got out because I know how hot water is considered??? That receptionist always find the way to stop me if I complained about something… i told her that I think I need to book another hotel and wanted the refund but she kept saying due to hotel Policy’s, it’s impossible! ??? The next morning, I tried to flatten my hair, I couldn’t find any outlet in the restroom because Thats the only place that has the mirror… then I found the outlet next to the bed but there was no mirror??? I’m like, how is this possible for a woman to travel like this? This hotel totally couldn’t accommodate the basic needs for a woman’s travel, maybe for a man that doesn’t need to look at the mirror and do the hair. So there are so many disappointments and things that made me uncomfortable to stay here. I called Agoda to explained what happened a few times and finally, agoda offered me $36 for my next future use???? What the hell? I have paid $244 for that hotel and stayed only one night because I was so scared of being sick if I stayed there and longer…. Now they gave me $36 credit? I moved out the next day and booked another hotel to stay because if I kept staying there, I will get sick because of the dirtiness of the hotel room, and my head will get crazy because of the room cant accommodate my needs for my stay. I don’t expect it has to be a 3,4 star hotel but this place is horrible, cant even stand to stay a night. Please listen and dont book this.
