AWESOME customer service... Thought it may be noisy due to the location, but certainly wasnt a problem when I stayed

I chose this hotel based on its high rating (over 9 stars), but it was a complete nightmare from day one. The quality does not correspond to reality at all. 1. The "Terrace" Trap: I strongly advise against booking the room with a terrace. It is the only room on the 8th floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 7th floor. You will have to drag all your heavy luggage up the stairs by yourself from the 7th to the 8th floor. 2. Broken Bathroom: The bathroom conditions are a joke. There is a bathtub, but it doesn't even have a drain plug, making it useless. When you try to use the shower, both showerheads turn on at the same time because the switch is completely broken and impossible to adjust. On top of that, the water drain works terribly, and the bathroom door doesn't even have a handle! 3. Overbooking, Mess & Ants: On my first night, the room I paid for was occupied, so I was temporarily downgraded to a lower-category room where empty packages from used disposable toothbrushes were left lying around in the bathroom. Also, there are ants everywhere — not just in that room, but in the terrace room as well. Better not leave anything edible on the table, or the ants will swarm it immediately. 4. Power Outages: From the next day, severe electricity issues started. There was no power, and the room was boiling hot with no AC. The hotel's only "solution" was telling me to go and manually flip the circuit breaker myself to get the light back. The same power issues continued the following day. 5. Unprofessional Staff: I constantly had to beg for basic cleaning, water, and even toilet paper. The staff and management are extremely unprofessional and completely incompetent at resolving guest issues. 6. Forced to Leave: Eventually, due to their broken system, they told me to go find another hotel for the night. I had to pack and move to another place, which completely ruined my holiday plans and wasted my precious vacation time. For the price they charge, the service is absolutely terrible. Do not book this place if you don't want your trip ruined.

The room is big, full of supplies that u needed, even a washer! The staff is so friendly and support. We came a lot ealier so they helped in having a place for temporary resting. Not to mention it’s so close to the beach, crowed place. Highly recommend!
