as i walk into the room i am met with some really dirty curtains then happen to look up while trying to maneuver the said curtains and realize water damage and what look like to be mold then im finally relaxing and notice little critter trying to join me ( killed multiple) and the breakfast HA what a joke… 2 packs of 3 little donuts a gronalla bar and a juice box!!! definitely don’t recommend

They canceled our booking two hours before we were due to arrive off a 9.20pm plane. This was despite emailing us to confirm time of arrival just the day before . We have not been refunded though this was 5 days ago.

You have to remember that this is a budget hotel (the cheapest in the area before motels and hostels), a few points to keep in mind; 1. The free breakfast is a bag including a small fruit pot, Capri Sun and a granola bar. 2. The room wasn’t the cleanest when I initially got to the hotel, I was concerned that it hadn’t been cleaned in between the last person - floor was dirty, someone’s sweat was on the pillow cases (it was wet in that spot), the sheets weren’t the cleanest (hairs and stains), so I tended to sleep on top of the blanket rather than the fitted sheet. Some of the towels/face cloths were also stained. 3. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the smell of cigarette smoke although it was a non-smoking room, so clearly someone didn’t respect that. (Albeit the staff were quite friendly and tried to resolve these problems) 4. As a solo female traveller, for the first few nights, I didn’t necessarily feel the safest as the rooms are kind of “back street”, a lot of men wander outside, police patrol during the day and it’s just generally a bit of a sketchy location. Although there is WIFI and good signal. Saying that, I did stay & came back as I’d already paid and it was urgent. There were other small problems but didn’t really affect me. The location was pretty good, close to the airport. A good spot for Ubers and I suppose Uber Eats too, not too expensive to get to shops, anywhere from $6-10 (including the airport). It was pretty quiet at night. There is daily housekeeping, a working TV, mini fridge, microwave, small toiletries, pretty good air con, the door seemed pretty secure, a wardrobe (mine didn’t come with a rail to hang things though) and running warm water. It didn’t have some amenities that other Wyndham hotels have.
