    I booked this resort because the photos showed me there was a waterpark. My Daughter was extremely excited about that. Since this property is close to the airport it was an excellent choice based on the two above. 1. There's no waterpark 2. My room's bathroom had ceiling mold and no matter how many times my sheets were changed there was still sand everywhere. Imagine sleeping and you feel sand on your feet only to check the whole bed to realize it's not because of you. Food was just ok enough to not go hungry but definitely not enjoyable. Same three fruits everyday with one and two days of a surprise new fruit but still limited to what you would expect being in a tropical country. Beach can be so beautiful if there wasn't a seaweed infestation but we made use of the sand and played alot of games. Entertainment at night seemed interesting but it wasn't for English speaking people. This is my second time in DR and this resort caters to Spanish and dominicans as they are more relatable. All in all it was an experience I will not forget, would be ideal for families that are not very fussy.
