Stunning views, huge room, and beautiful walks along the lava lagoon pools. The housekeeping staff were first class as were the meet and greet staff on arrival and departure. The reception staff were more mixed. Free washing machines plus an ice machine and microwaves on each floor. Not as isolated as we feared. A Lawsons is 10 minutes walk and another couple of minutes ked takes you to a small but well stocked Max Value and an interesting outlet selling local produce and a small cafe. If you like walking you don't need a car.

The hotel has a nice view but a very poor location. I do not recommend it without a car, because the hotel is located on a hill and it will be very difficult to climb. The hotel has a beautiful view, but is not very convenient. The room was spacious, but very old, and the window to the bathroom was strange 😅. There were no beds by the pool, although they are in the photo. The restaurant is open until about 12, and then either by cab to the bottom or by car to look for a restaurant 🤯. The nearby beach is dirty and not very good for swimming, only for walking, but you can see beautiful fish.
